Open BitComet and Free Download Manager, go to Tools %26gt; Options or Tools %26gt; Preferences and look for some option like "Integrate into Internet Explorer". You will find a tick mark next to this option. Just remove the tick mark, click Apply/OK and close the application. That should work.
Alternately, you can also open Internet Explorer, go to Tools %26gt; Plug-ins and disable the plug-ins of BitComet and Free Download Manager.
