Downloading images using download manager?

How to download images from galleries that point to html/aspx pages?

I know downloading full size images from thumbnail galleries using flashget if they are linked directly.

But how to download the full size images if the thumbnails links to aspx/html pages...i.e; unless you open those pages manually,you can't get the original images.

Plz tell how to get those images with any download manager u prefer?
