How do I download YouTube vids in High Quality? (using &fmt=18)?

The %26amp;fmt=18 cheat works as to watching the vids in high quality, but I'm having trouble downloading them using it. I've tried media converter but I got the low quality vid. I also tried Real Player but it didd'nt give me the option to download the high quality version, only the low quality (and yes I tried right clicking over the video and clicking Download to RealPlayer, but it only downloads the swf of the YouTube player.) Please help. Thank you.
