Hotmail download attach jpeg file?

I open the hotmail box,

click download attach jpg file( this file size is 890 KB and the dimension is 2025 x 2625) with the download accelerator plus (DAP),

when the download accelerator plus(DAP) dialog box appear and then click "Start Download" button

but the unknown file

Please let me know, so that I can easily speed download this hotmail attach file.
