Free download, illegal ?

I think china uses free download the most.

China,U.S,Japan,Europe,Australia

wherever the country is , I think all the country

uses free downloads for all the files, especially entertainments.

Musics,Movies,Animation,Comic book,

PC Games,

Videos for learning language or cooking etc.

If there were no free downloads it would

cost like more than 1000$ for it.

So what I want to ask is.

most ?

2. Which country do something to prevent

free downloads.

3.What do your country do to prevent free downloads.

4.Nobody can stop this. It is illegal

but actually even u go to a police station

and say "I downloaded bunch of movies

so take me to the jail because I'm illegal"

police will say "go home" ?

when you donwload, you must accept with the agreement, normally is " you will only use it for private and for your pc only " .
