Download manager that has a scheduler (like utorrent's scheduler) for http downloads?

is there a good download manager for http downloads that has a scheduler (like utorrent's scheduler) where it will queue up downloads and only download them at the scheduled time?

i want to set a specific time range (12am-3am) once and never have to set it again (not have to set it every day or for every download). i want to set it to download files from 12am-3am every day because with my internet that is the only time i have unlimited downloads.

I don't run windows, so I can't give you exact commands, but windows has a console task scheduler (AT) I'd actually use. In Unix, there is a command called wget, and you can retrieve content 'wget http://blablabla.iso" from a command line with this utility. This seems to be the cheapest, most stable and simplest way of doing what you're talking about doing. Look up wget for windows--it exists--and either use your task scheduler (in control pannel), or you can read the helpfiles on the AT command. That's typing the command: AT inside a command prompt window. It won't be a nifty fancy graphical program but I everything works best in its simplest form. :)

PS: AT is an older way of scheduling tasks, task scheduler is the newer graphic gimmicks, so read about them both and pick the one that makes you happy. (Plus, I'm not sure if windows XP kept AT around, but it'd have been pointless to remove it.

been using it for years, you can stop / start downloads and it does em in chunks , so say ur getting a rubbish connection , it latches on to 2+ instead =)

and when it says "unlimited" it means to their fair usage policy.. they get annoyed normally if you do such things between say 5-6 pm and 10-11pm , they class that as "peak" hours.. but if ur downloading a silly amount and its going into a LOT of gb's.. the isp will probably turf you off it or ask you to upgrade your connection.
