Hi, whenever i download a program or file directly from a website it downloads at about 200kb/s I have cable internet 5mb/s and was wondering if this is normal speed or if it should be downloading faster. Is there a way to speed up downloads? I am downloading from a site and not peer to peer or anything else. thanks
