Download java 5.0??

ok so i wanna download java 5.0 because i love playing this game http://www.mofunzone.com/online_games/ra... but my computer doesnt have it yet... my dad said if i download it then the computer will clash with it or sumthin.. the windows i use is windows vista... sooo is it ok to download java 5.0....or not? it was made by emachines....wat r the risks of downloading it if it can be downloaded..? thankx
