As we know that a download from RAPIDSHARE can be done only

by browser, not by a download manager.

When i download something from rapidshare using my browser, it

takes the whole bandwidth , hence giving no internet speed for parallel surfung.

What can i do to limit the download speed of the download and do surfing in parallel ?
